Thank you so much for bearing with us in these uncertain times. 
Buying habits have understandably changed dramatically. It has taken us some catch-up time to work out how to meet this new demand. 
As food suppliers we are key industry workers, so we will be remaining open to all of you during this time and not limiting shopping to account holders. Many of our regular shoppers check out as guests, so we want to make sure you can all continue to shop with us.
We have made some changes so you can all get your favourite whole food on time and receive a good service from us. Here are the ways in which we are adapting our systems so you can all get a chance at having the food you love.

1. We have made amendments to our stock and are no longer offering bulk amounts of some products. This allows everyone to have access to their favourite items.
2. We are only taking a limited number of orders a day so that our staff can work in a safe environment and avoid burn-out. This also means we can offer realistic delivery times to people in need.
3. We are doing our best to get your items dispatched as quickly as possible. We are working around the clock, 7 days a week with our busy team (who are doing an amazing job) to give you the best service possible under the circumstances.
4. Management, Directors and Family are working on the shop floor so we cannot get to the phone as usual. We are still here to help so please email us any important enquiries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
5. We are taking upmost care in all hygiene aspects as usual but have implemented procedures in keeping with the current guidelines for social distancing, hand washing and protective equipment.
6. We are limiting orders to three units of each product. This keeps our stock available to everyone in need and means we have a steady supply ready for the next time you need to shop.

Shipping rates – Canada
We have selected several reputable courier services and Canada Post to deliver your parcels. The couriers we have chosen offer quick reliable services to get your parcels to you safely and timely at a reasonable cost. The cost of shipping within Canada is shown during the check out process.  

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada for orders over $99.00
Our courier services do not deliver on weekends or holidays so any orders made on Friday before 2.00pm will be delivered on the following Monday and any orders made before or on a holiday will not be delivered until the following days.

We offer international shipping at cost.  We will email you confirmation of all international shipping costs before we ship your order.
